During our first meeting, we will review your health and nutrition history, discuss your nutrition goals, review your current diet and begin to develop a nutrition plan.
Working together we will review your nutrition plan progress, discuss challenges, re-assess goals, and modify your plan as needed.
I offer a variety of additional services to help optimize your nutrition plan such as virtual grocery shopping, healthy meal planning, recipe modification, and cooking basics.
